1. Are your swords functional? Are they razor sharp? What is the cutting ability of your swords?

All our swords are fully functional except for the WWII replicas.
All our swords are razor sharp except for the WWII replicas, #152 & #153.
There is no problem to use our functional and razor sharp swords to cut fresh bamboo and tatami. The correct cutting angle is 45 degrees. We do not 100% guarantee there will be no damage of them if cut steel or other very hard objects. 

2. Among your 1095, 1060 and 1045 line? Which is better?

Swords in 1095 line are made of high carbon steel 1095, clay tempered.
Swords in l060 line are heat tempered or folded.
Swords in 1045 line are made of carbon steel 1045. They are heat tempered.
Swords in 1095 line are the best. For professional martial arts, we usually recommend 1095 line. For beginners, we recommend 1045 line. 1060 line is just between them. 

3. Folded (damascus) blades and blades with no layers, which is better in performance?

Folded (damascus) blades are better than blades in 1045 line, while blades in 1095 line is better than folded (damascus) blades.

4. What does practical mean?

All our swords entitle "practical" means functional.

5. Do you have a catalog?

We do not have a catalog. Please check our website for all the items.

6. Do you have a price list?

We do not have a price list. Please check each item description for the price for different quantities.

7. What is your shipping charge to my address?

Please add the items you are interested in into your "shopping cart"; fill in your "zip code", "state"; select your "country", "shipping method"; and then click "apply". You will get the shipping rate before check out. 

8. Can I pay by paypal?

We accept paypal payment and you can pay by credit card (visa/master) online,western union.

9. How to find a western union office?

Please search on www.westernunion.com for your local nearest western union office.

11. About Shipping

Your items will be shipped out by Fedex International Economy the next business day after your payment is received or cleared. It usually takes 7-15 business days to arrive most countries. The tracking information will be automatically sent to your email address once the items are shipped out. 

1. It is buyer's responsibility for any customs and duty charge by buyer's country.
2.Please do not make purchase if your country doesn't allow to import this kind of product. For more detail, please contact with your local customs official regarding to country's customs regulations.
3. Italian & Denish buyers please do not buy due to Italy & Denmark customs prohibit to import sword products. We do not ship to Italy & Denmark

12. When will my items be shipped out?

All items will be shipped out the 3 business days after buyer's payment is received or cleared.

13. How long can I receive my items once they are shipped out?

For US orders, we ship out via Fedex Ground. It usually takes 2-5 business days to reach you after the items are shipped out from us. For international orders, it usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.

14. Can I get a tracking number?

Yes, all the shippings come with a tracking number. The tracking number will be automatically sent to your email address once the item is shipped out. If you can'find the tracking number in your Inbox, please try to find it in your Trash/Junk mail. Please track your order in our track order option. 

15. Do you drop ship?

Yes, we do drop ship, but we will have a few businesses with you first. If everything of the transactions with you is smooth, we can then do drop ship to your customers.
We have no extra charge for drop ship, just the same as regular orders.

16. Do you accept pick up?

No, we don't provide will call service since our insurance company doesn't allowed.

17. Can you state a lower value on the customs form?

Yes, please let us know how much you want to state on the customs form via email. We'd like to let you know that usually we only state the item cost on the customs form. If the amount you want to state is lower than that price, we can do it as you required, but once the item was lost or damaged, the compensation we got from the shipping company would only be the amount you had stated. We don't state no value on the customs form for your benefit.

18. The item I received is damaged or has defect. What can I do?

Please keep all the original packing materials and send us the pictures of the damage and packing material or the defect. We will file damage claim for you against the shipping company if we find it's a shipping damage. If it's our responsibility, we will issue a RMA# for you to return and will replace a new one for you after receive the return. Absolutely NO accept any Returns AFTER 7 DAYS from the delivery date.

19. What need I do when I return the item?

We will issue a RMA# for you to return the item. Please mark this RMA# on the outside of the package for easy reference. Please pack it well in all the original packing materials in case of shipping damage. Please let us know your tracking# and shipping service once you shipped it out. Then both of us can track the delivery date online. We will ship you a brand new item once have received your return.

20. How much does it cost to custom a sword?

Our minimum custom order is 50 pcs each model which means at least 50 pcs of swords have to be made as we have to mold it.

21. Can you engrave a name on my blade?

We do not have name engrave service.

22. Can you change a tsuba or other accessories for my sword?

We cannot make any change of the swords as they are brand new from our factory.

23. How long can I get an answer from you about my questions?

We will reply back to you within 48 hours in business days by email.

24. Can I cancel my order?

You are ONLY allowed to cancel order if your order has not ship out yet, but $20.00 cancelation fee will be charged. For all orders have left our warehouse are unable to be canceled.Do you have a physical store? I want to have a look at the swords in person.answer: We do not have a physical store. We do not provide will call service since our insurance company doesn't allow.
